Chapter 16
Allure
Today was Christmas, and I was just thankful that I got to spend the day with my babies. It was their first Christmas with me. I was more excited than them. The week before, I had them take Christmas pictures. I wished that Infamous had been here, but he still had some business to take care of in New York. I hoped he would be home by New Years because, the way these babies were set up, I was already dilated and these Braxton Hicks were killing me, but I was going to take that shit like a champ and continue on with my day. Kaine and Kylan should be coming over shortly so that the kids could exchange gifts. Kaine also told me he had a surprise visitor that he was bringing with him and so did Marcus, but I knew he better not bring that bitch, Krystal, to my house, or I was going to go across his shit.
As I getting ready to set the table, the doorbell rang. I looked at the security camera that was in the kitchen, and I saw Tone and Dre. I speed walked to the door and opened it. Tone walked in and picked me up, spinning me around, while Dre was trying to get him to sit me down so he could get a hug.
“Tonnnnneeeee, put me down!” I yelled as he kept spinning me around. Finally, he sat me down, and Dre pulled me into his arms, hugging me. I kissed his cheek, and he sat me on the ground.
“Hold up, sis. We gotta grab our stuff from the car, and we will back in.” I nodded and headed back in the dining room and finished setting the table. I felt a sharp pain in my lower stomach, but it went away, so I kept doing what I was doing. After a while, I felt them again, but they were far apart, so I chalked it up to the babies moving around.
Tone and Dre were walking back in with Marcus, Kaine, and two unknown women. Thank God Marcus had left that bitch, Krystal, alone.
“Hey, big brother,” I said, giving Marcus a hug.
“Hey, baby sis. What did you cook? It smells good as hell in here!” he said, heading to the kitchen, but I stopped him.
“Um, playboy, where are you going?” I asked him, pointing to the girl who was now ice grilling him.
“My fault, sis. Taliyah, Allure. Allure, Taliyah. Y’all bond or some shit while I go get me some food,” he said, walking off.
“That nigga is so damn rude. But hey, Taliyah, I’m his baby sister. You can come in the kitchen with me, or you can go in the living room with the guys,” I told her. She said she would come in the kitchen with me. I looked at Kaine, and he was all hugged up in the corner with this woman.
“Kaine, aren’t you going to introduce your sister-in-law to your lady friend?” I said sarcastically because the bitch looked like she had an eye problem.
